I specialize in sales of residential and income property in San Francisco and Marin County. For over a decade I've been involved in real estate sales and mortgage lending. I also hold a BA degree in broadcast journalism. My background allows me to communicate with all clients equally well regardless of their experience in the field. In addition to my intense marketing and advertising campaign most Sellers are offered free home preparation services, including: cleaning, painting, landscaping, pest control inspections, home warranty plans. Buyers get to utilize my aggressive search methods and negotiating skills, and often receive significant help in paying some closing costs.
